The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and scaling EEI’s recruiting function to support sustained national growth. This role oversees a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, a Talent Research Partner, and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, ensuring consistent delivery of a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience.
This position is open to in-office or fully remote candidates in the Denver Metro Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure workload balance, prioritization, and resource alignment across requisitions and business needs.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with the HR Director and business leaders to develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with EEI's growth plans.
- Build recruiting capacity plans and recomment structure, tools, or process improvements to support growth.
Recruiting Excellence & Candidate Experience
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality, white-glove candidate experience across all roles.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting while directly supporting select high-priority or complex roles.
Employer Brand & Pipeline Development
- Serve as a cultural ambassador for EEI, ensuring our values, professionalism, and people-first philosophy are reflected in every candidate interaction.
- Represent EEI at career fairs, recruiting events, and industry conferences.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring leaders across the orgnization.
- Train hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
Other Important Things
- Work closely with HR team members to ensure recruiting efforts are aligned with broader people strategies and employee experience goals.
- Lead with a solution-oriented, relationship-centered mindset.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership or managment experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles (engineering, commissioning, or related fields preferred)
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling recruiting functions, processes, or teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and senior leaders.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analystics, and reporting.
- Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and corporate governance.
