JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, website, and other digital platforms in support of Viticus Group’s marketing initiatives. The position supports the marketing team by building and deploying marketing communications, maintaining campaign schedules, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital marketing channels. This role assists in executing marketing campaigns across service lines including WVC Vegas, WVC Nashville, Academy programs, and Human Health initiatives. The position works within the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms to build and send emails, manage audience lists and schedule campaign deployments.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator maintains campaign reporting, supports website updates, assists with maintaining marketing CRM, and helps track performance metrics. The role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure digital marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule. This position exercises initiative and attention to detail in coordinating campaign execution and supporting the marketing team’s overall digital marketing operations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, website updates, or social media content.
- Experience working with website content management systems (CMS) preferred.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES
Digital Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, website, and other digital channels.
- Build and format marketing emails within the organization’s CRM or marketing automation platform.
- Schedule and deploy marketing communications in accordance with campaign timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging across digital marketing channels
CRM & Audience Management
- Maintain and update audience segmentation lists within the CRM.
- Manage suppression lists to ensure accurate campaign targeting.
- Assist with maintaining data accuracy within the marketing database.
- Support CRM data audits and updates as needed
Website & Digital Content Support
- Assist with updating website pages, campaign landing pages, and digital content modules.
- Coordinate digital assets required for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure website content updates are accurate and aligned with marketing initiatives.
Campaign Reporting & Analytics
- Assist with tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement data.
- Compile marketing reports to support campaign evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain campaign documentation and reporting records.
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Track project timelines and assist with marketing project management tasks.
- Assist with coordinating artwork, marketing materials, and campaign assets.
Marketing Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing files and digital archives of marketing materials and artwork.
- Assist with tracking project costs, quotes, and marketing project documentation.
- Provide general administrative support for marketing initiatives and projects.
Collaboration & Team Support
- Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate in marketing projects, campaigns, and events as assigned.
- Represent Viticus Group professionally in internal and external interactions
