Summary
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and communication strategies for Developmental Connections. Supports organizational visibility, community engagement, recruitment efforts, and brand consistency while aligning with the mission, values, and budgetary limitations of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops and implements annual marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manages organizational branding and ensures consistency across all platforms.
• Supports Coordinator with social media platforms, website content, newsletters, and digital communications.
• Develops promotional materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Maintains relationships with community partners, vendors, and media outlets.
• Tracks and reports marketing metrics and engagement outcomes.
• Assist departments with marketing needs and special projects.
• Manage marketing budget and expenditure.
• Supports leadership in marketing for organizational events, programs, and initiatives.
• Ensures marketing activities comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Prepares, writes, and submits grant applications in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintains grant calendars, deadlines, and required documentation.
• Assists with grant reporting, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain/maintain Class E
• Pass 10-panel drug test and background check
• Must be flexible with working schedule
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in computers including Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or marketing platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Demands
• This is an active job that requires many physical demands including sitting, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying. Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
