Where Collaboration Feels Natural — and Your Work Truly Matters
The Village at Summerville | Summerville, South Carolina
Faith-Based Nonprofit | In-House Therapy Model | Full-Time
1. A Collaborative Therapy Culture
At The Village at Summerville, therapy is integrated into the daily life of the community. As part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), you join an in-house therapy model built on mission—not quotas—and a culture rooted in collaboration, trust, and shared purpose, where therapists remain rooted within one community rather than rotating between facilities.
Our therapy team is known for strong morale, stable staffing, and a team-first mindset. Experienced clinicians work alongside newer therapists, creating an environment where mentorship, shared clinical reasoning, and professional growth happen naturally.
2. Why Therapists Choose PCSC
Therapist-Led Clinical Care
· You guide the plan of care. Decisions around frequency, duration, and treatment approach are driven by clinical judgment and patient goals, not corporate productivity mandates.
True Interdisciplinary Collaboration
· Therapists are fully integrated into care planning, working closely with nursing, physicians, and the broader team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Stability You Can Feel
· Our in-house model has created low turnover and highly stable teams, allowing clinicians to focus on care rather than constant change.
