The Speech and Language Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated and collaborative team! Our clinic provides comprehensive therapy services including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA therapy, creating a truly integrated environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential.

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside highly skilled therapists from multiple disciplines in a supportive, family-centered setting. We value collaboration, creativity, and compassionate care — and we’re looking for an OT who shares that same passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide evaluation and treatment for children with a range of developmental, sensory, and motor needs
  • Collaborate with speech and ABA therapists to deliver coordinated care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers
  • Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Virginia OT license (or eligibility)
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
