Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel outreach efforts. This role is designed for a high-level thinker who can bridge the gap between data-driven strategy and compelling visual storytelling. This role will also oversee marketing campaigns for leading HVAC and Plumbing companies.
The ideal candidate can translate complex marketing goals into clear, actionable creative briefs for agencies and designers. You will be responsible for executing high-impact email, direct mail, radio ads and other campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
This position works with leadership to drive revenue growth through targeted campaign development and execution.
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Multi-Channel Lifecycle Management: Project-manage the full lifecycle of automated and ad campaigns across email, offline, digital, social media and broadcast channels, maintaining a rigorous production schedule to drive consistent user engagement and retention.
- Creative Direction & Briefing: Clearly articulate visual and copy requirements to designers, providing detailed creative briefs for every project. Ensuring all assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Precision Targeting: Collaborate with teams to define audience segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right recipient at the most impactful time.
- Project Orchestration: Manage production timelines for print and digital assets, ensuring all deployments are executed on schedule.
- Budget Management: Track the company's annual marketing budget and reconcile it monthly.
- Agency Relationships: Manage vendor and marketing agency relationships.
- Social Management: Manage and create content for social media across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Meetings: Conduct weekly Marketing meetings to review marketing efforts and results.
- Reporting: Report on KPI’s and ROAS for campaigns. Research industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to develop innovative concepts for campaigns.

Requirements
Must have 4+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing high-volume of campaigns and programs.
- Project management experience.
- Advertising experience with direct mail, radio, broadcast, and video/OTT
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to guide creative teams.
- A strong portfolio of campaign concepts.
- Familiarity with Service Titan (Housecall Pro or similar) and project management tools (Monday/Asana/Trello).
- A solid understanding of the HVAC/Plumbing industry or in-home sales.
