Description

The Sales Administrator is a member of the Mackie customer fulfillment team and is responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations through a variety of job duties, including processing sales orders, coordinating customer shipments and solving customer issues. The role requires someone who is customer service oriented, self-starting, disciplined, learns well on the fly, and has excellent communication skills.
 

Requirements

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: 

• Order Management: Successfully facilitate all orders, return authorizations, new customer setups & other inquiries within one to two sales channels, adhering to department timelines and guidelines.

• Data Accuracy & Quality Control: Ensure accurate entry and booking of sales orders, credit memos, and return authorizations.

• Customer & Sales Communication: Provide timely updates on product availability, pricing, expected ship dates, and other relevant information to sales team members and our customers.

• Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer concerns throughout the order fulfillment lifecycle, maintaining service standards and response time expectations.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and service providers to ensure customer needs are met.

• Reporting: Prepare and distribute open order reports to Sales and customers.

• Documentation: Prepare commercial invoices and related documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Other: Special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education and/or Experience: 

• 3+ years of experience in customer service and order management

• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills


Supervisory Responsibility: None


Work Environment: This role operates in a fast-paced, in-office environment with moderate noise levels and may require extended hours, early or late meetings, and occasional travel. The position involves extended periods of sitting, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and standard office mobility. It also requires vision, dexterity, clear communication, and mental stamina for problem-solving and task prioritization. Reasonable accommodations are available.

Salary & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $25 to $28/hour based on experience. LOUD Audio offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match, 15 days of paid time off accrued in the first year, 10 paid holidays, and up to 2 floating holidays.
