SKA Project Coordinator
Description

The SKA Project Coordinator provides essential support to Superkid Academy Global through administrative functions, event coordination, and product sales. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is passionate about supporting children's ministry through effective planning, logistics, and partner engagement.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support for SKA Global projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating timelines, resources, and vendor communications for events such as SWBC and Training Blitz.
  • Process orders, manage inventory, and track logistics related to SKA materials and curriculum.
  • Attend departmental meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Support the SKA and Social Media team with digital communications as needed.
  • Maintain records, schedules, and documentation for SKA operations.
  • Collaborate with the SKA Global Content Development Manager to ensure smooth execution of departmental goals.
  • Run errands and assist with on-site logistics when required.
  • Support SKA product sales by assisting with order fulfillment, customer service, and product setup at events.
  • Engage with partners and families to promote SKA curriculum and resources.
  • Assist in tracking sales data and preparing reports for leadership.
Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Superkid Academy brand and/or experience working SKA events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Canva and Planning Center experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours during events.
  • Must be flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED

  • Computer, LMS platforms, content authoring software, standard office equipment.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and other office equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office and/or remote work environment.
