AKEDO Washington, DC is the latest concept from globally renowned restaurateur and venture capitalist Arjun Waney (ZUMA, ROKA, COYA, La Petite Maison [LPM], and The Arts Club), in partnership with the team behind Washington’s award-winning SHOTO Washington DC.


Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, AKEDO offers a chef-driven, Japanese-inspired street food experience featuring sandos, sushi, bento boxes, poke, Japanese pizza, robata skewers, and soft-serve ice cream, alongside a curated selection of Japanese beer, sake, and shochu.


This 60-seat boutique fast-casual concept, designed by renowned interior designer Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt (Tokyo), features an open kitchen with robata grill, pizza oven, and outdoor terrace.


AKEDO will operate seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with late-night service until 4:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
