Description
In this role, you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to support rapid workforce growth, with an initial focus on high-volume hiring
- Supervise and develop one recruiter, setting priorities and ensuring effective talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruiting pipelines for future expansion
- Design and implement efficient, high-quality onboarding programs to ensure a strong employee experience from day one
- Establish and standardize HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a growing manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations and performance management
- Build and promote a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, retention, and operational excellence
- Implement HR systems, tools, and metrics to support scalability and data-driven decision-making
- Support organizational development initiatives, including training, leadership development, and succession planning
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve HR processes as the organization scales
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent)
- Leadership or management experience
- Experience supporting high-growth or manufacturing operations
Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility and travel may be required to support business needs.

Salary Description
$100,000 - $110,000 per year
