JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and supporting the firm’s talent acquisition efforts. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates while supporting sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a timely, efficient, and compliant hiring process.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications. 

· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines. 

· Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions. 

· Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking strategies. 

· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. 

· Prepare and coordinate offer letters and background checks. 

· Track recruiting activity and metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and pipeline effectiveness. 

· Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and HRIS. 

· Ensure recruiting practices and documentation comply with firm policies and applicable employment laws. 

· Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events as needed. 

· Will perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This job does not require the exercise of supervisory responsibilities. 


EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred. 

· Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred. 

· Exposure to Human Resources practices and employment processes preferred. 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

· Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition practices. 

· Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 

· Excellent customer service skills (internally and externally). 

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities. 

· Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail; committed to quality and continuous improvement. 

· Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

· High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

· Proficiency in internet sourcing and research techniques.
