We're currently looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Lead Installer to lead residential and light commercial sewer and drain replacement projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensure work is completed correctly the first time, and mentor crew members in the field.

Responsibilities
• Lead residential and light commercial sewer and drain replacement projects from start to finish
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and permit requirements
• Diagnose sewer and drain issues and determine the appropriate installation approach
• Manage job progress to ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Train, mentor, and support installers and helpers in the field
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize efficiency
• Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, and internal team members
• Complete all required job documentation accurately and on time

- Valid plumbing journeyman license or apprentice card required
- 3+ years of sewer and drain installation experience
- Proven ability to lead or oversee job sites
- Strong understanding of sewer materials, fittings, grading, and code compliance
- Ability to operate excavation equipment or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
