Position Summary

Flawless Med Spa is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role blends advanced aesthetic medicine, patient consultation, and collaborative clinical care. The Nurse Practitioner will perform injectable treatments, energy-based procedures, and develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans while working under established medical protocols and leadership guidance.  This position would start out as part-time and work up to a flexible 40-hour work week. We know life outside of work is valuable and we try to schedule you in a way that works best for your situation!

This position includes a structured, competency-based advancement pathway with mentorship, ongoing education, and opportunities for leadership growth. We understand the aesthetic field might be new to some NP’s and as a leader in Medical Aesthetics in New Mexico – we want to train and educate to help spread best practices. Clinical advancement at Flawless Med Spa is competency-based, safety-first, and performance-driven.

The Nurse Practitioner will advance through structured training phases, including:

  • Energy-based device mastery including PICOsure, CO2 resurfacing, Laser hair removal and RF microneedling, and other tissue-altering procedures within scope
  • Neuromodulator foundations and advanced dosing
  • Filler foundations and vascular safety training
  • Advanced aesthetic planning and biostimulators
  • Advanced injector techniques based on competency
  • Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
  • Recognize and manage complications appropriately
  • Represent Flawless at events and educational initiatives
  • Participate in patient education and social media content when appropriate

Training includes direct mentorship, hands-on supervised cases, and ongoing education through Alpha University. Advancement is based on clinical readiness, patient safety, and performance metrics.

This is more than a clinical role — it is an opportunity to grow as an aesthetic provider in a supportive, high-performance culture focused on patient safety, excellence, and long-term career development.

Why Join Flawless?

Family Atmosphere: Our team supports and celebrates one another like family.

Culture of Fun: We celebrate wins, share laughs daily, and believe joy belongs at work.

Our Commitment

At Flawless, we invest heavily in provider training, mentorship, and career development. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with providers who want to grow clinically, professionally, and within a collaborative team environment.

You will do more than perform treatments — you will build relationships, elevate confidence, and help shape the future of aesthetics.
