We are currently seeking a CFP Processing Supervisor to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for following established policies and procedures, is responsible for closing and funding production and providing administrative support to the CFP Manager and CFP processing team for the CFP-Consumer Lending Department.

Requirements

A day in the life of a CFP Processing Supervisor includes:

  • Managing daily operations of processing workflow and processing staff. Ensuring that department goals are met and workflows/procedures are followed. Overseeing processing staff schedules. Processes along with staff using organizational policies and procedures ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Developing processing team expertise with coaching, support, and educational programs/courses. Identifies staffing needs and workflow modifications to ensure department is meeting expectations internally and externally. Responsible for escalation cases and problem resolution in cooperation with the CFP Manager.
  • In cooperation with the Underwriting Manager: monitors current processing procedure and loan performance trends within each partner relationship as well as with membership. Ensure direct lending partners are supplied with appropriate program and training resources. Participates in meetings, site visits, program implementation when applicable.
  • Evaluating the CFP program and makes staffing and/or design recommendations in cooperation with the Underwriting Manager. Research, reports and corrects any quality assurance issues with regard to partner service and loan quality according to the organization's policies and procedures. Works with appropriate channels to ensure that steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
  • Performing quality control on all consumer loans and ensures compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations. Responsible for the thorough knowledge of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.

Pay: $69,500 -$77,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
