Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a community focused outpatient setting. This role offers autonomy, strong collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rural population.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with conditions that limit mobility and function. This role focuses on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life while supporting preventative care initiatives.
SCHEDULE
• 4 day work week available
• Monday through Friday schedule options
• No call requirements
COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Performance and productivity bonus potential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and treat patients across all age groups
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Restore function and mobility while reducing pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Support preventative care and wellness programs

REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to evaluate and treat a wide range of conditions
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites if needed
