Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for an outpatient, community based behavioral health setting. This role offers stability, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rural population.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The LCSW or LCPC provides outpatient mental health services, working directly with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health and psychosocial conditions. This role collaborates closely with primary care providers as part of an integrated care team.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Full time, part time, and per diem options available
• No call requirements

COMPENSATION
• Competitive salary based on experience
• Bonus potential available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient mental health counseling and therapy
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Manage psychosocial and behavioral health conditions
• Collaborate with primary care and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

REQUIREMENTS
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within an integrated primary care setting
• Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
• Previous FQHC experience preferred
• Must pass criminal and DHHS background checks
