Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a stable, mission driven outpatient opportunity. This role offers predictable scheduling, strong collaboration, and the ability to build meaningful patient relationships in a community focused setting.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient environment. This includes preventative care, chronic disease management, and routine follow up while working closely with physicians and care teams.

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Option for 4 day 10 hour schedule
• 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours
• 1:12 phone only call rotation
• 100 percent outpatient setting

COMPENSATION
• Base salary $110,000 to $135,000 depending on experience
• Fiscal year productivity bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventative care and wellness visits
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in Athena EMR

REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Maine NP license or ability to obtain
• Active DEA required
• Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Strong communication and team based care skills
• Commitment to community focused care
