The Express Service Advisor is a customer-facing, fast-paced role responsible for guiding customers through routine maintenance and light repair services.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, high-energy service experience
- Consult with customers on maintenance needs and recommended services
- Write repair orders and build accurate service estimates
- Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs
- Recommend additional services when appropriate (upselling ethically and effectively)
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times
- Deliver on customer satisfaction (CSI) goals and shop productivity targets
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a take-ownership mindset
- Willingness to learn automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes
- Team-oriented while also able to work independently
Salary Description
$4,000 - $6,500 Monthly
