What would you be doing?

• Provide safe environment for elementary and pre-school age children
• Implement curriculum for a variety of enrichment (STEM, Cooking, Art, etc.) and sports camps
• Establish good rapport with parents and children
• Keep accurate rosters and records of attendance.
• Being a positive role model for youth in day camps
• Transport equipment to and from camp sites
• Reliably attend day camps in various locations (Sherwood, Tigard, West Linn, Wilsonville) camp hours 9:00-3:00, or Noon-3:00. Shifts hours vary between 8:00-4:00. Hours range from 15-35 per week

What do you need to qualify?

• Must pass YMCA background check
• Possess (or obtain during training) a current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
• Must have reliable transportation for self and camp supplies
• 16 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth
