At Aaction Rents, we’re all about Customer : Quality : Crew – The Best. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, working outdoors, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

This is a hands-on, team-focused role with room to grow. The position is primarily based in the yard, with occasional support at the rental counter.

What You’ll Be Doing

In the Yard (Primary Focus):

• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently 
• Demonstrate proper equipment use to customers 
• Inspect and prep equipment to ensure it’s “ready to rent” 
• Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe 
• Jump in where needed to support daily operations 

At the Counter (As Needed):

• Assist customers in person and over the phone 
• Help match the right equipment to customer needs 
• Create rental contracts and schedule equipment 
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups 
• Provide a strong, professional customer experience 

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active 
• Team player who can also work independently 
• Basic mechanical aptitude 
• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly 
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving equipment 
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
