Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Denver, Colorado. This is a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and delivering an exceptional patient experience to Medicare populations.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive outpatient care within a team-based, value-driven environment. Physicians are supported by dedicated care teams including scribes and medical assistants, allowing focus on patient outcomes rather than volume-based metrics.

SCHEDULE
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Outpatient setting

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Range: $174,070 – $374,920
• Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
• Compensation varies based on experience, education, and geography

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient primary care setting
• Provide comprehensive care for Medicare patient populations
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and leadership
• Support quality initiatives focused on preventive care and reduced hospitalizations
• Lead and guide care team members in clinical decision-making

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted state medical license required
• Active DEA license required
• US work authorization required

• Experience in geriatric care preferred
• Experience in value-based care preferred
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
