 Contingent Contract Award



Connected Logistics is seeking a Product Manager to leads product delivery for VA Health Applications, managing backlog and stakeholder alignment for digital forms, eligibility workflows, and submission processes across Health Enrollment (HEC – Health Eligibility Center) and Veteran and Family Member Programs (VFMP). Responsible for translating policy and business rules into user-facing form logic, branching workflows, and incremental releases that improve completion rates, reduce Veteran burden, and support accurate downstream processing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage backlog and sprint planning
  • Translate requirements into user stories
  • Coordinate with VA stakeholders
  • Track product outcomes and performance





 

Requirements

 

  • Must have 5+ years Agile product management experience 


AI-Assisted Development Experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Claude (or similar tools).
  • Ability to leverage AI for backlog refinement, story development, and analysis of user feedback and product metrics.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI insights into product decision-making.


Preferred VA Experience

  • Health Enrollment (10-10EZ, 10-10EZR)
  • Caregiver (10-10CG), CHAMPVA / VFMP
  • VA Collaboration Cycle and VA.gov delivery


Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

  • CSPO
  • SAFe POPM
  • PMP or PMI-ACP
