Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior, Full Stack AI Development Engineer to lead the development of complex VA.gov digital forms and workflow-driven applications, including eligibility logic, submission pipelines, and backend integrations. Responsible for building and maintaining high-volume forms (e.g., 10-10EZ, CHAMPVA claims) using AI-assisted development techniques, ensuring reliable data capture, validation, and successful transmission to downstream VA systems every sprint.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack applications and integrations
  • Implement AI-assisted coding workflows
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
  • Design for scalability and reliability
Requirements

  

  • 8+ years full-stack development.
  • Strong React, API, and backend experience.

AI-Assisted Development Experience

  • Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude.
  • Ability to generate, review, and refine AI-produced code within governed environments.
  • Experience using AI for test generation, validation logic, and defect detection.

Preferred VA Experience

  • Vets-website, vets-api.
  • VA Forms (10-10EZ, 10-10CG, CHAMPVA).
  • VA Profile, Lighthouse APIs.
  • High-volume submission systems.


Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

  • AWS Developer
  • CKAD
  • Security+ (SEC+)
