Position Summary

The Controller will oversee all accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting      operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable,      payroll, and month-end close
  • Prepare and analyze financial      statements and reports
  • Develop and maintain internal      controls and accounting policies
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and      applicable laws and regulations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and      financial planning processes
  • Coordinate external audits and      tax filings
  • Monitor cash flow and financial      performance
  • Supervise and mentor accounting      staff
Requirements

  

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 
  • 5+ years of healthcare accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Electronic Health Records queries
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Healthcare setting
