Job Description
Culinesse is seeking an organized, relationship-oriented professional to support business development, client partnerships, research, and CRM management across the senior living and hospitality sectors. Work directly with the founders of a boutique dining services company to build partnerships with Life Plan Communities across the Eastern United States.
Culinesse partners with senior living organizations to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, hospitality-driven service, and innovative dining programs that enhance residents’ quality of life. Our leadership team works directly with senior living executives and community leadership teams to develop long-term dining partnerships that elevate hospitality and resident satisfaction.
The Business Development Associate will research Life Plan Communities and senior living organizations to identify key decision-makers, support Culinesse’s business development pipeline and CRM management, coordinate client outreach, meetings, and discovery calls, prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials, and track leads from initial outreach through partnership discussions.
By joining Culinesse, the Business Development Associate will work directly with the founders of a growing boutique firm, gain exposure to leaders across the senior living industry, and help expand innovative dining programs in our clients’ Life Plan Communities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Must be comfortable interacting with executives and senior leadership
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience in hospitality, senior living, consulting, sales support, or business development strongly preferred
