- Compensation: Salary negotiable plus unlimited commission

What You Will Do
- Execute a disciplined sales process to research, prospect, qualify, and win new business—communicating our capabilities, responsiveness, and quality standards.
- Develop and expand our presence in Italy by building relationships with existing accounts and targeted prospects.
- Lead high-volume customer and prospect communication (phone and email) and complete proactive sales/service calls as a core monthly requirement.
- Serve as a technical expert in customer applications—translating needs into material recommendations and value-based solutions.
- Manage the order acquisition process for assigned accounts, coordinating internally to ensure accurate communication, strong service, and on-time delivery.
- Use CRM tools to document activity, opportunities, and next steps—ensuring consistent follow-up and forecast accuracy.
- Travel to customer sites to uncover requirements, drive specifications, and strengthen partnerships; participate in training/meetings in Augsburg, Germany.
What You Will bring
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (required).
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or applications engineering (preferred).
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English (required).
- Ideal Residence: Near Milan, Italy with the ability to travel throughout Italy and to Augsburg, Germany facility (required).
- Strengths: Strong interpersonal communication skills, confidence in customer-facing conversations, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
- Thinking & execution: Critical thinking and the ability to build and run strategies that create competitive advantage.
- Tools: Strong computer skills and comfort with CRM-based selling.
