Brand Manager Klass VIDA

Objective: 

Responsible for the Klass VIDA Brand Development in the U.S Market. This role is responsible for developing the marketing plan identifying white-space opportunities for the brand through detailed assessment of market trends, competitor benchmarking, and unmet consumer needs, to drive profitable and sustained growth. Act as the Strategic Brand Owner for Klass Vida, orchestrating the end-to-end brand strategy and execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the      annual marketing plan for Klass Vida, ensuring alignment with long-term      corporate objectives.
  • Communication Plan Leadership: Execute the 360-marketing      plan, driving high-impact digital campaigns, defining content pillars and      key partnerships to expand the brand's reach and brand engagement, working      closely with the Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator. 
  • Performance & Analytics: Track, deep dive      and report on key brand metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to      optimize performance and ROI (Sell in, Sell out, market share,      distribution and competitive analysis). Owns brand budget with full      accountability ensuring optimization for maximum ROI and accomplishment      versus plan. 
  • Portfolio Management: Evaluate and implement      improvements for the brand portfolio (launch, fix, delist). Collaborate      directly with R&D and plant teams to guide product innovation and the      development of new SKUs. 
  • Develops key connections with internal and      external stakeholders to foster brand growth. Build close partnership      with the commercial team for market development and enhanced market share.      Guide and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing & Events      Coordinator and Marketing Assistant while leverage on external agencies to      achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management positions at CPG, preferably in health & wellness or new product launches.
  • Proven track record of leading complex and  cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to build a brand from the ground up and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Syndicated data (Nielsen, Kantar, Numerator) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of performance digital marketing,  social media algorithms, and the digital consumer journey.
  • Understanding of the Hispanic consumer landscape in the U.S. is highly  valued.
