We’re currently looking for an Entry-Level Service Advisor Assistant who is friendly, dependable, and excited to help customers have a great experience from start to finish. No dealership experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person!


What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Service Advisor, you’ll support our service team and help ensure the department runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Greet customers, assist with vehicle check-ins and check-outs, gather vehicle and contact information, and explain the service process in a friendly, professional way.
  • Administrative Assistance: Perform basic data entry, filing, invoicing support, and assist with appointment confirmations.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate with technicians and the parts department to help keep repairs on schedule.
  • Communication & Updates: Document customer concerns, share updates with service advisors or managers, and keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status.
  • Waiting Area Care: Help maintain a clean, comfortable customer waiting area stocked with refreshments.

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
  • Monday – Friday with Rotating Saturdays
  • Starting Pay: $18/hour

Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous service advisor or express advisor experience of at least 6 months, highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CDK software is helpful, but we can train
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional approach to handling customer questions and concerns
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Clean driving record and background
