At Bread Alone, our facility operates at a high standard of cleanliness and safety to support our bakery, café kitchen, and teams across the organization. As a Sanitation Professional, you will help maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of our Boiceville campus. You will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure that production spaces, kitchens, and shared areas meet the sanitation and food safety standards that our bakery is known for.

What you’ll do
- Clean and sanitize bakery, café, and shared facility spaces
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and work surfaces throughout the building
- Perform dishwashing and maintain sanitation stations
- Remove trash, recycling, and compost following company policies
- Maintain restrooms and common spaces to ensure cleanliness
- Properly use and store sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Perform end-of-day cleanup and leave work areas organize
- Communicate equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards
What we are looking for
- Prior cleaning, sanitation, or facilities experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important
- Comfortable working in a physical environment (standing for long periods, lifting to 50 lbs, working in varying temperatures)
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Flexibility to work a consistent schedule including weekends and holidays
- Respect for sanitation standards and food safety practices
- Commitment to building a workplace community that values diversity, inclusion, and shared growth
$17.50–$21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full Time and Part Time shifts available. 40 hrs a week, shifty typically 11am - 7:30pm with potential 7am - 3:30pm based on needs of the business.
