Omaha Orthodontics is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing orthodontic team. Preferred candidates will be a team-oriented person with experience working with others, strong customer service skills, and x-ray certification. Also, having experience in an orthodontic office setting, and being excited to work in a positive and fun work environment is a plus!

Responsibilities & Goals:

Greeting and creating a connection with new patients 

Taking Orthodontic Records

Reviewing treatment plans with patients and parents

Discussing and finalizing financial contracts and insurance benefits with patients

Performing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and text messaging

All follow up communication with patients and their dentist

Taking patient records including digital photographs and intraoral scans

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of treatment coordinating experience is required 
  • be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
  • possess great understanding of dental terminology
  • have excellent communication and written skills
  • have excellent public relations skills
  • work well with patients and team
  • be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
  • Committed to the position arriving on time daily and staying late as needed.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
