The EPIC Senior Growth Strategy Analyst we are looking for:
Are you eager to use data to boost the quality of our revenue in innovative ways? 

As a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst for Revenue Operations, you you'll be the bridge between our data and our decision-makers, crafting compelling narratives from numbers that inspire action. 


We're seeking an analytics expert who can turn complex data into actionable insights that propel our business forward at a rapid pace. 


As a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst, you will: 

  • Transform raw data into insights that drive growth strategy 
  • Analyze customer acquisition channels and marketing performance 
  • Develop and maintain marketing attribution models 
  • Evaluate marketing ROI, CAC, and channel effectiveness 
  • Build and maintain customer lifetime value (CLTV) models 
  • Conduct funnel analysis and cohort analysis across the customer journey 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline our growth strategy, turning inefficiencies into advantages driving better strategy decisioning. 
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams, enhancing their daily experience with data-driven solutions 
  • Balance strategic initiatives with ad-hoc reporting needs, deftly juggling long-term projects and urgent requests without dropping the ball 
  • Work with engineering to correct reporting issues at scale 

Who You Are: 

  • Identify growth opportunities through deep data analysis and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations 
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams 
  • Support leadership in evaluating new markets, products, and campaigns 
  • Strong SQL skills, Experience with BI tools (Tableau),Experience working with large data sets, MS SQL Server, familiarity with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) 
  • Experience working with metrics such as: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost),CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value),Payback period, Conversion rates, Retention & churn, Cohort analysis. 
  • An empathetic problem-solver who understands the human side of data and communicates in a sales-friendly way 
  • Major plus for experience with Hubspot, SSRS, and Transactional Databases. Transform raw data into insights that drive growth strategy

Requirements
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Statistics is required (and related certification is ok, too!) 
  • 8+ years of industry specific experience (FinTech, Lending, Payment or Financial Services preferred) 
  • Proven working experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Postgres SQL 
  • Proven experience with Tableau, SSIS and SSRS 
  • Expert in SQL, Python is a plus 
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions such as AWS S3, and Azure Blob Storage. 
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. 
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated  
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment 
  • Beginner / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel

Salary Description
$125,000 - $150,000, dependent on experience
