This role is ideal for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating a manufacturing environment, managing multiple priorities, and interacting with employees across all shifts and departments.
Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization through a visible, hands-on presence on the production floor.
- Conduct employee relations investigations with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proactively address workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and corrective actions while supporting a positive employee experience.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support high-volume hourly recruiting efforts, including interviewing, hiring coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning, staffing support, and retention strategies.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience from day one.
Leave Administration & Compliance
- Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation coordination, and state-specific leaves.

- Manage communication platforms such as Appspace, text messaging portals, or similar employee engagement tools.
- Support internal communications and employer branding through internal channels and social media.
- Assist with training sessions, orientations, and company events.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts across HR processes and employee programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities that improve engagement, retention, communication, and operational effectiveness.
Required
