What You’ll Do

  

As the Rural Collaboration & Clinical Preceptorship Program Director, you will lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of a clinical preceptorship program aimed at strengthening the rural healthcare training pipeline in Indiana. You will develop partnerships with healthcare systems, academic institutions, and community organizations to expand clinical training placements across underserved areas. This role involves managing grant deliverables, coordinating with initiative owners, tracking program milestones, and producing reports that demonstrate progress toward CMS-aligned performance goals. You will play a central role in ensuring Indiana’s rural communities have access to the trained clinical workforce they need.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain multi-stakeholder partnerships
  • Experience with federal or state grant reporting and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of clinical training pathways and healthcare workforce dynamics preferred
