Lead the Future of Cardiovascular AI & Cloud-Based Healthcare Technology
Esaote North America, in close partnership with Pie Medical Imaging (Netherlands), is seeking a strategic and transformational Director of Sales to lead the growth of our Cardiovascular Software Solutions across North America.

- Lead North American commercialization for a globally recognized cardiovascular software portfolio
- Partner directly with global leadership at Pie Medical Imaging to shape go-to-market strategy
- Drive adoption of AI-powered imaging solutions that improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes
- Help lead the transition toward cloud-native platforms and recurring revenue models
What You’ll Do
Drive Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute North American sales strategies aligned with global commercial objectives
- Lead the transformation from traditional licensing models to SaaS and utilization-based pricing
- Translate market dynamics into actionable strategies that accelerate growth
Build & Lead a High-Performance Team
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization across the U.S.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a key connector between U.S. operations and global leadership in Europe
Expand Market Presence
- Identify and capture new opportunities through strategic, consultative selling
- Build relationships with health system executives, cardiologists, and clinical leaders
- Establish partnerships that drive long-term adoption and expansion
Deliver Sales Excellence
- Implement strong forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Align closely with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams across both organizations
- Ensure execution discipline and predictable revenue growth
Champion Customer Value
- Position solutions around clinical outcomes, workflow efficiency, and economic ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders alike
What You Bring
Experience
- 10+ years of sales leadership in Healthcare IT, medical imaging, or cardiovascular solutions
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience selling into hospital environments (Cardiology, Cath Lab, Radiology)
Preferred Expertise
- Experience working within global or matrixed organizations
- Proven success transitioning businesses to SaaS / subscription-based models
- Experience with AI-driven or cloud-based healthcare solutions
- Familiarity with value-based or utilization-based pricing strategies
Technical & Clinical Acumen
- Deep understanding of cardiovascular imaging workflows (PACS, RIS, CVIS)
- Strong command of forecasting, CRM systems, and complex sales cycles
- Ability to engage both clinical and executive stakeholders with credibility
