What You’ll Do
As an MIH Manager, you will lead the implementation and operational management of Mobile Integrated Health programs across your assigned geographic region of Indiana. You will coordinate with EMS agencies, hospitals, community health organizations, and state stakeholders to expand community paramedicine and MIH services in rural areas. Your responsibilities include managing program timelines, facilitating regional stakeholder engagement, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to leadership.
This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel within your assigned districts, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of EMS and healthcare delivery systems.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in EMS, healthcare operations, public health, or MIH-related program management
- Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills
- Familiarity with regional healthcare or EMS systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across agencies
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
