Description

  

As a Systems Engineer, you will support the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of both on-premises and cloud-based systems across all brands. This is a hands-on role focused on learning and contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern infrastructure technologies.

You will work closely with senior team members to support systems architecture, backend changes, monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments 
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, including identity and access management 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues with minimal supervision 
  • Collaborate with managed service providers and vendors to maintain networks, devices, and store technologies (POS, printers, cameras, etc.) 
  • Support and implement cybersecurity measures, including vulnerability remediation and system hardening 
  • Configure and manage SSO and MFA solutions (Azure AD or similar platforms) 
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure resources; AWS experience is a plus 
  • Participate in and help lead infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and system upgrades 
  • Administer SaaS platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom) and ensure proper configuration and access controls 
  • Manage endpoint solutions such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF 
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation 
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and standard operating procedures 
  • Support audits and compliance efforts (SOC1/SOC2, SOX, HIPAA/HiTECH) 
  • Partner with development teams to support application hosting and infrastructure needs
Requirements

  

· 1–3+ years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or cloud support roles 

· BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred 

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Azure AD); Azure experience is a plus 

· Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus 

· Strong willingness to learn and grow technical skills 

· Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks 

· Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities 

· Strong communication and collaboration skills 

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This position is primarily remote, with periodic in-office or store location presence required for collaboration, support, and project needs.  Must be based in continental US.
