ClimeCo is seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Products team.

Position Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is ready to do meaningful, substantive work from day one. The Sales Administrator serves as an operational backbone for ClimeCo's Product Team, supporting the details that make complex deals close cleanly. You will work across contracting, inventory, invoicing, proposals, and market research in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The right candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, and eager to learn. You do not need years of experience to succeed here. You do need to be the kind of person who catches what others miss, picks up new tools quickly, and takes pride in the accuracy and quality of your work. You balance independent execution with collaborative instincts. You know when to move forward on your own and when to ask a question or loop in a teammate.

ClimeCo embraces diversity and welcomes candidates who contribute to a climate that supports our staff of all identities and backgrounds. We further commit ourselves to an inclusive workplace where we value the perspectives of all employees by recognizing and appreciating their unique skills and talents. We strongly encourage individuals from underrepresented and/or marginalized identities to apply.

· Partner with finance to prepare, track, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

· Support proposal development by producing polished, well-organized documents that represent ClimeCo's brand and capabilities effectively.

· Assist with responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), synthesizing information across teams to produce accurate and competitive submissions.

· Compile and maintain sales and forecast reports that inform leadership decision-making.

· Conduct market research to support the Product Team's positioning and deal strategy.

· Manage and maintain data within our CRM and inventory platforms, ensuring records are current, clean, and audit-ready.
