Sales Coordinator 

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support the sales and revenue efforts of a fast-paced, high-volume, dual-brand hotel in a prime downtown location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a team that drives top-line revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team 
  • Manage group bookings, contracts, and rooming lists in accordance with brand standards 
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless group execution 
  • Maintain accurate records in sales systems (Delphi, ONQ, or similar platforms) 
  • Assist with RFP responses, proposals, and client communication 
  • Track and report on sales activities, production, and booking pace 
  • Handle billing, commission processing, and post-event follow-up 
  • Support site visits, client meetings, and special events as needed

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of hotel sales, front office, or administrative experience preferred 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems is a plus 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment 
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
