What You’ll Do
- Help customers and technicians find the right parts quickly and accurately
- Look up parts using computer systems (we’ll train you)
- Pull and organize parts orders
- Recommend related items when it benefits the customer
- Keep the department organized and running efficiently
- Be part of a team that supports each other every day
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or retail experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay busy and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
