What You’ll Do

  • Help customers and technicians find the right parts quickly and accurately 
  • Look up parts using computer systems (we’ll train you) 
  • Pull and organize parts orders 
  • Recommend related items when it benefits the customer 
  • Keep the department organized and running efficiently 
  • Be part of a team that supports each other every day 

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service or retail experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required) 
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization 
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset 
  • Ability to stay busy and multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Valid driver’s license
