What You’ll Do

  •  Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  •  Schedule service calls and record important details accurately
  •  Communicate effectively with team members and management
  •  Deliver world-class customer service and meet satisfaction goals
  •  Maintain accurate job notes and database records
  •  Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  •  Provide timely feedback to management
  •  Build productive relationships with customers and coworkers

What We’re Looking For

  •  High School Diploma or GED
  •  1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Working knowledge of computers and software applications
  •  Familiarity with business management software tools (preferred)
  •  Excellent time management and organizational skills
  •  Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions
  •  Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
