Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a clinician-owned, rapidly growing home healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the professionals who make it possible. We are currently seeking Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our team in the (LOCATION) area due to continued growth and increasing patient demand.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers to support independence with daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts COTA license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
