What You’ll Do
As Service Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and service staff
• Oversee workflow across warranty, internal, and customer-pay repairs
• Drive key performance metrics including efficiency, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure alignment with company standards, processes, and values
• Build strong communication across departments and locations
• Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment

What You Bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service, shop, or dealership environments (RV, automotive, marine, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of RV systems (LP, AC/DC, appliances preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000-$110,000/year + performance incentives
