This position is contingent upon successful contract award.
- Strategic Advising: Provide expert-level guidance to program and Senior leaders on Outcomes-Based Education (OBE), ensuring curricula meet the desired learning and operational outcomes.
- Institutional Research: Design and deploy sophisticated surveys and data-collection tools to assess program effectiveness. Perform deep-dive analytical analysis to determine optimal courses of action.
- Data Synthesis & Reporting: Collect and analyze complex data sets related to human capital and professional development; present findings through formal written reports and oral presentations at high-level conferences and working groups.
- Senior-Level Briefing: Develop and deliver high-impact briefings to Senior Military and Civilian personnel, translating technical data into strategic insights for decision-makers.
- Operational Liaison: Utilize your experience with joint and combined staff organizations to ensure educational initiatives are synchronized with the functions and procedures of the Joint Staff and similar entities.
- Leadership Development Oversight: Apply expertise in human capital and professional development to evaluate and enhance leadership training programs and organizational structures.
- Travel may be required.
Experience Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate expertise in at least four (4) of the following core competencies:
- Joint Staff Experience: Direct experience at the Field Grade (O-4 to O-6) level, or civilian equivalent, within the Joint Staff or a similar high-level organizational structure.
- JPME Expertise: Proven experience within the Joint Professional Military Education system as a former student, faculty member, or in an institutional effectiveness capacity.
- Analytical Skills: Experience developing surveys; collecting and viewing data, performing data searches and analytical analysis; generating reports and determining courses of action.
- Educational Strategy: Expertise in Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) frameworks and application to professional military development.
- Communication & Coordination: Experience collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings either in written format or verbally at meetings, conferences, and working groups. Soft Skill Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in human capital management, organizational leadership, and high-level public speaking.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Doctorate degree from an accredited university or college.
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Clearance Requirements: Possesses and maintain TS/SCI
