RMK Management is growing, and we’re looking for someone dependable and ready to work to join our team.
We’re hiring for a Janitor who will help keep the community clean, well-maintained, and looking its best, both inside and outside.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Helping maintain the grounds, including general cleanup and landscaping
- Assisting with snow removal during the winter
- Using cleaning products and supplies properly and safely
What we need from you:
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic (experience is great, but not required)
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
- Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends, as scheduled
- Ability to handle physical work

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be moving, working outside at times, and pitching in where needed. If you’re not comfortable with that, this probably isn’t the right fit.
