About the Role

Jetta Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives across our dual-brand portfolio (Jetta and Americh). This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping brand presence, driving product launches, and supporting a distribution-focused, B2B growth strategy.


This position is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can operate independently, and is equally comfortable building strategy and executing it.


What You’ll Do

Product Launch & Go-to-Market

  • Lead product launches from concept through execution 
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement tools 
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, training, and operations 

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Maintain and elevate a premium, dual-brand presence 
  • Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to inform strategy 

Digital & Content Strategy

  • Oversee website performance, SEO, and digital experience 
  • Guide content strategy and manage web marketing resources 

Sales Enablement

  • Develop marketing collateral and showroom tools 
  • Support product education and training initiatives 
Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of  marketing experience (B2B preferred) 
  • Experience in  design-driven, manufacturing, or building products industries strongly preferred 
  • Proven success leading product launches and go-to-market strategies 
  • Strong brand, digital, and content marketing capabilities 
  • Ability to operate independently and drive measurable outcomes 
  • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-driven marketing efforts

Travel Requirements

$100,000 annually
