The Bluestem Program will be the only treatment program in the nation where a person misusing substances, their partner, and their children receive holistic, full-family care in a home that’s all theirs. It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end the cycle of addiction across generations.


Daily Impact looks like:

  • Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary
  • Building community resources to help sustain families
  • Maintain safety and supervision of the Bluestem property
  • Provide trauma-informed care to all family members

Shift Summaries

Day Shift 1:  Sunday-Wednesday (will be predominantly evenings to start) 

day Shift 2:  Wednesday-Saturday (will be predominantly evenings to start) )


Pay Range: $48,660 - $53,660

Requirements

BSW or other Bachelor’s degree (Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, etc), or equivalent experience
