As the Corporate Operations Support Manager you will work closely on managing high-value experiential marketing projects, assisting with RFP responses, pricing, and oversight of client transitions for large programs. The role includes maintaining Derse systems and processes, ensuring policy compliance through audits, supporting cross-functional operations, and stepping into temporary leadership roles as needed. Corporate Operations Support Manager Responsibilities
- Assist the VP Sales Support on major RFP responses, pricing templates and incentives.
- Assist VP Sales Support with large project / program estimating / project management on large projects; including scope, job variance and client satisfaction, ensuring existing Derse policy and procedure is followed.
- Oversee client transitions on large scale programs. This includes clarity, meeting move budget, timeline, movement, storage, smart center, program billing (i.e., storage, smart center), staffing, and initial projects.
- Temporary fill for mid-level management positions around the company (i.e. Estimating Managers, Logistics Managers, Production based positions etc.).
- Travel to various client installs (as assigned by the VP of Corporate Operations Sales Support). In additional travel to events with a large Derse presence.
- Create and maintain an outside supervisor standard protocol for both Sho-link and internal staff
Oversee and maintain the post-show survey reports. - Oversee the rental deck program for the Derse Network (subject matter expert). Train divisional personnel as needed.
- Maintain (under the guidance to the VP of Corporate Operations Sales Support) all Derse estimating templates and client pricing databases.
- Work with VP of Corporate Operations Sales Support on various audits to ensure adherence to policy (i.e. Estimating template updates, divisional estimating audits to ensure consistent pricing).
- Work with the Corporate Operations team to conceptualize, oversee and implement specific operational innovations and improvements around the company.
Corporate Operations Support Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with business financial exposure and / or 8 + years of relevant experience
- 5 + years of direct trade show / experiential marketing experience required. Active show site experience preferred.
- Flexible and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Advanced user of Microsoft office, including strong proficiency in Excel
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability to travel and support field installations, divisional initiatives, or similar. Travel may be extended periods at one time.
