Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Specialist to support the launch of new partner facilities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for nursing home staff during the onboarding process. This role ensures required documentation is collected, processes are followed, and new facilities are prepared for ancillary services to begin.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for newly contracted nursing homes
- Organize and combine documents to company standards
- Submit campaign materials within allowed timeframe
- Communicate with facility staff via phone (50% of the time) and email (50%) to collect documentation
- Guide facilities through onboarding through education of processes, onboarding requirements, and timelines
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all required materials are received
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other requested areas
- Other duties and projects as assigned by Onboarding Manager
Requirements
Education & Training Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred;
- Proficiency with computers & knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience required (1-2 years preferred, not required);
- 1-3 years of customer service experience with service company (experience with healthcare company a plus)
- Excellent planning, organizational & time management skills;
- Leadership skills; upholds company values; personal and team accountability.

Physical Effort & Working Conditions
Remote position with remote office and access to daily internet. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
