Helm Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll help customers understand and leverage the power of SMS to grow their business. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth through a strategic mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a few years of sales experience who are looking to build a long-term career in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying key business opportunities and strategic partnerships 
• Proactively conduct outbound outreach to generate interest and develop relationships with prospects 
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities 
• Schedule meetings with key decision-makers 
• Consistently meet or exceed quota targets to drive revenue growth 
• Utilize sales tools and platforms to identify and engage leads 
• Participate in monthly revenue forecasting and sales planning 
• Stay up to date on product features, services, and industry trends 
• Clearly communicate and demonstrate product value to prospective clients 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the client database

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS or a startup environment) 
• A motivated self-starter with a strong “hunter” mindset 
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills 
• Professional, articulate, and customer-focused approach 
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Salesloft, and other sales enablement platforms 
• A strong desire to grow your career in sales
