We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive who can lead with  business pain, engage executive buyers, navigate technical conversations with confidence, and close complex deals with urgency and  integrity. This is a role for someone who is energized by building, hunting, learning, collaborating, and winning the right way. 


The Opportunity 


This is not a commodity software sales role. 


You will help business and technology leaders recognize where manual work,  disconnected systems, and process breakdowns are slowing growth, creating risk, and frustrating teams. You will guide prospects toward a practical starting point — one problem, one win — and help them see how  Nextworld can become a long-term strategic platform for automation,  extension, and AI-powered workflow transformation. 


The right candidate is equal parts hunter, strategist, consultant, and  quarterback. You know how to open doors, run disciplined discovery, build executive conviction, collaborate deeply with solution engineers and internal stakeholders, and move deals forward without creating noise or false urgency. You are commercially sharp, technically credible, highly accountable, and motivated by team success.


Requirements

 

The Role

This is an entry-level opportunity into enterprise software sales with a clear path to growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll learn to identify where manual workflows and process breakdowns are costing companies — and help them take a practical first step with Nextworld.


You'll work closely with senior AEs and solution engineers, building the skills to open doors, run discovery, and move deals forward. This role is built for someone early in their software sales career who is hungry, coachable, and ready to put in the work.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect into target accounts via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build qualified pipeline
  • Run discovery conversations that uncover operational pain in finance, procurement, inventory, operations, and service workflows
  • Partner with senior AEs and solution engineers to advance deals from early stages through close
  • Engage business stakeholders at the manager and director level
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity logs, and forecast data in Salesforce
  • Apply Nextworld's sales methodology to position quick, high-value entry-point wins
  • Build technical credibility over time through product and ERP ecosystem knowledge
  • Meet activity targets and work consistently toward full quota attainment

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS/software experience a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to connect customer pain to business value in discovery conversations
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and daily discipline
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or team events

Preferred:

  • Prior BDR, SDR, or junior AE experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Exposure to ERP, workflow automation, or business process software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience working with organizations that have lean IT teams
  • Interest in industries like field services, distribution, property management, or vertical subcontracting

 

Compensation & Details

  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • Variable Compensation: $80,000
  • Total OTE: $160,000
